Job description

Role & responsibilities

To execute objectives and goals for the HR team in order to develop and implement a holistic HR strategy to meet short-term and long-term challenges with a focus on areas such as talent acquisition and management, employee engagement etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Knowledge & experience of end-to-end recruitment procedures like, understanding hiring requirements, creating and placing job advertisements, actively posting at job portals and professional networking sites.
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Systematically lining up interviews.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of HR Related Tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be a Active listener & proficient in MS Excel.
